The Fauves – Self Abuser

Zudita

Hey hey hey hey self abuser
Beating off used to make me feel like loser
Now i couldn’t feel any better
About the way i feel you betcha
I am never gonna let you

Hey hey self abuser
Used to feel like a loser
Now i feel like a winner
And everything’s changed forever
Hey hey self abuser

Hey hey hey hey self abuser
Say goodbye to the guilt and hi to the pleasure
I wanna spend my leisure time
Just feeling fine
I got what i’ve got and it’s mine

Hey hey self abuser
Used to feel like a loser
Now i feel like a winner
And everything’s changed forever
Hey hey self abuser

Used to be in the dark
Keeping it all in my heart
Cos you really don’t know where to start
When you’re running around in the dark

Hey hey hey hey self abuser
Beating off used to make me feel like loser
Now i couldn’t feel any better
Other than the way i feel you betcha
I am never gonna let you

Hey hey self abuser
Used to feel like a loser
But now i feel like a winner
And everything’s changed forever
Hey hey self abuser

Hey hey self abuser
Hey hey self abuser
Hey hey self abuser
Hey hey self abuser
Hey hey self abuser

  1. seen this iconic band at the BDO even a small stage couldnt swallow their huge stage present and showmanship great times and memories

  2. Nostalgia is a b*tch. I recall seeing these guys on multiple occasions.  EV's in Croydon always managed to book great bands through the early to late 90's. The Fauves, amongst many other now 'legend status' bands, were regulars.  Something for Kate, You Am I, Frenzal, Bodyjar, Caustic Soda / Blueline Medic, Front End Loader, Magic Dirt….this list is long.  Internationals also got booked.  Some great punk and hardcore band like Pennywise and H20 come to mind. No doubt other venues in outer suburbs, such as EV's existed. Melbourne music culture was wide and rich.
