The observer effect isn't even close to what the quackologists want you to think. IM not gonna watch this whole video, but in a nutshell its merely that measuring an energy level you are indeed interacting with it and therefore affecting its behavior. It simply isn't true that human observation collapses the waveform or some such nonsense. The universe has been functioning long before any human eyes were around to view it.
