Physical systems in essence are interactive, they have causality, sensory systems the interface between the environment & consciousness are selectively responsive, & consciousness itself is a form of Meta-responsiveness
The brain can trick you.
If i am understanding Roger and Stuart correctly we experience consciousness in short packets or bits and between them there is much more time when we are in a subconscious like state. Our reality is nothing like we presuppose it to be. Our brains are using many frequencies in its operations both classical and quantum at the same time. But what makes it really weird is that in the quantum areas time no longer goes only in one direction. Our brains are undergoing changes, we know this and i think as we use and interact with computers and devices we will rapidly evolve developing powers that were latent, waiting there for us to serve us. Many of us who have levels of these gifts long to develop them at an even deeper level and control…thanks so vary much!
I disagree because those that experience NDEs report having a conscious experience in some cases during brain death and so on so it can't just be a collapse that causes conscious experience.
