  1. Dear Sara, after an hour and a couple of minutes, the affirmations end. Is there any benefits of listening to it after that? What frequencies Hz are in it?   2. I have had tinnitus since March 2019. For sleep I need white noise, soft instrumental, ocean waves, rain, anything to drown out this obnoxious ringing. Just don’t know how this will work for me.
