  1. You spoke and we listened! Subtitles are now available in French, German, Hindi, Korean, Portuguese (BR) and Spanish for the first four episodes. Get ready for the final four episodes of Age of AI launching on January 15th!

  2. I noticed one errata. When talking about reinforcement learning, RDJ narrates "til it learns every possible move and outcome" <- This is precisely not what reinforcement learning is about. Rather, reinforcement learning is used for challenges where it's simply not possible to calculate every possible move and outcome. The game of Go has more possible legal positions than there are estimated total number of atoms in the universe, and so it is physically impossible for a computer to calculate every move, yet Alpha-Go was able to beat Lee Sedol (Go World Champion) 3 games to 1 using reinforcement learning – which essentially analysis of strategy rather than brute-forcing outcomes.

  3. The NASCAR Pit Road AI strategist Pit Rho is really fascinating. Broadcast doesn't mention these systems at all, let alone in-depth, as I imagine teams want to keep most of the details proprietary to gain an edge on the competition. Neat stuff as a Computer Scientist and Race fan!

  4. I'm looking to be one with DATA using Neuralink.

Being one with machines is something i've always wanted to do, i want to create my own virtual world using my brain.

I'll take the chance to be a volunteer for the Neuralink program any day.

    For the future.

  5. that falling down has happened to me twice. I am a bilateral trans tibial amputee since 2013. When the fall happens, i just find myself laughing at myself

  6. Evolution will continue assisted by quantum technology, and cyber-science: Ultimately, humans will evolve into Cyborgs. Your avatar will be your only true identity. Gone are the days of self-sacrifice. No more heros; no more martyrs. Men will no longer need to grow up, but will remain little boys all their lives. Humans will have evolved into pleasure seeking creatures, and pleasure will be the assigned task of every human, because quantum computers, will not only be performing all the dull tasks, but will in fact, be doing all the creative thinking as well. AI will eventually even take over the task of reproduction. The number of humans, in any given area, will be preplanned, and preselected by Artificial Brains assigned with this task. No more marriages; no more nuclear families; just free floating Avator Humans, floating through Time-Space much like fish in an aquarium. A whole New Human Race is immerging! A race minds, not bodies, free from the restraints of flawed biology, and fraught with fears, and contaminations! No more sickness! No more pain! Immune Systems, immune from every kind of affliction. Identity completely dependent upon the whim, and choice of the bearer at the moment. Immortal super-humans, in command of every moment, and aspect of their lives. The future is bright in deed!

  7. The military already makes soldiers 85% metal, you cannot even tell if you are part metal because its the replacement of bones and you cannot see the metal because the body is opened up and everything replaced. I could not even tell when they were done.

  8. I love to run but the damages to my body were pretty bad the replacements were not enough to run unless they replace this connected to this which is connected to that. My love to run and specific sports is enough for me to volunteer to move to 90-90% metal, when I watch people run I get such a bad feeling, I want to run and don't care how. I would volunteer because I've seen them do it.
