We founded The Mindful Movement in August of 2016 because we are passionate about helping others grow and live mindful, fulfilled lives. We have both experienced profound growth and fulfillment living a mindful lifestyle. Together we help others live a more mindful life, deepening their awareness and sense of gratitude. We strive to inspire others to live authentically with love and abundance.

We created this channel to offer powerful guided meditations, guided hypnosis, mindful movement practices and helpful mindful tips for you, to enhance the quality of your life in numerous and profound ways.

  4. So glad I found y’all I just had a stroke I’m only 44 and want de- stress and I need better health and sleepin still paralyzed on my left side but I’m looking forward to being able to do the exercises also right now I’m going to concentrate on the meditation and breathing
