  1. I Love your Soul and Spirit , beloved one, no matter where You are in the Universe, I miss your presence on the Earth, the village is doing the work that You lovingly taught them, the Tea hinges are alive and going forth.Bless You Great Soul, You are so missed and Loved!!!

  2. We want love, out of all the things we thought we want, this is what we want in the root. Cultivate love, learn to love, learn to love yourself

  3. "Do you want family or peace?" For my personal life, this question was posed to me.

A thought provoking question: "What do we really want?"

My direct experience, which Zen advocates, has shown me repeatedly that family is the unwise choice since, as a unit, it is unenlightened and dysfunction is the norm.

  5. This comment section probably won’t remember me, but maybe someone scrolling needs this. A few months ago I hit a wall. Nothing made sense. I bought Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers after hearing about it on a podcast. I had no expectations. But chapter by chapter, it broke something open in me. Not motivation — momentum. Wishing that for you too.✨❤

  6. Thank you so much, Thich Nhat Hanh, for teaching me that to be happy and successfull is to be present right here and right now with my body, my family, friends and in touch with nature. ❤

  7. I lost my 17 year old cat.. my best friend. I am lost in sadness. But Thay helped me to understand to feel the pain brings peace.he says to smile to our pain is the wisest most be a utiful thing we can do. I just wish i had hugged him more.❤

  8. Come sit, return home, That which you place, before your self, is number one, fill the void inside, with the unity of one, the creator, source of love, compassion and divine intelligence, inter-being, then, you are the light, in the dark, leading us home, again,
    I, I am, I am that I am.
    In memory of brother thay.

  9. It´s important to point out everything we´re doing to live stressfully, as this video does all the way through, but it´s also nice if it ends on a positive note or gives a suggestion to help.

  10. All my life (69 years) I’ve looked outside of myself for happiness. I searched everywhere and often thought I found it in the person, substance or thing (i.e. relationships, alcohol, drugs, motorcycles, guitars, money, houses, etc). And after acquiring and for relatively brief moments, I found relief from the search (seeking) only to have the unsatisfied state return and the seeking began again. One day a few years ago, sitting alone at my kitchen table, doing nothing in particular, I noticed that I was not “thinking” and apparently hadn’t been thinking for some time. That was immediately followed by the realization that “I was OK”. By “ok”, I mean neutral, clear space with no judgements or thinking needed. I then realized I had always been ok only I didn’t know it because the thinking was covering up the okness and obscuring it. The okness, save for brief moments, has never left. It’s all I ever really wanted. To be OK.
If you’re reading this and it resonates, that means there’s something in you that recognizes what I’m describing otherwise, it wouldn’t resonate. If it does resonate, that something inside of you is already familiar with the okness. YOU ARE THAT!

  11. Can be both, joyful, and number one at something but not have the ego in the way, fully present. This Master proves it. He is in joy and a leading teacher but does he does not identify with that he just is present.

  12. If you're reading this right now, I just want to say; I'm rooting for you. We’re strangers, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care. I know what it’s like to feel like you're pushing a boulder uphill. I felt that way until I picked up Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley I can’t explain it perfectly, but it changed my whole perspective. After checking it out on youtube and reading it things have been flowing—money, peace, confidence. maybe this is your moment too. Stay open. Wishing you more than you ever imagined✨

  13. omg i thought i was the only one struggling with manifesting 😩 i tried everything.. journaling, scripting, vision boards but nothing really shifted. then i heard about Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley on a podcast and gave it a shot and it literally cracked me open. things are flowing in a way they never did before.😭😭 if you’ve been stuck, it might just flip everything for you too 💖

  14. ❤I recently went to the Deer Park Monastery and I continue to feel very grounded from my experience there. I've been allowing more time for mindfulness during my day, and I appreciate this talk 🙏🏻
