What’s the Argument Here? | Live Review Session 1 | AP English Language and Composition

Advanced Placement

In this AP Daily: Live Review session for AP English Language and Composition, we will survey the entire course and review its main objectives—to apply rhetoric both as a writer and a reader—so that students understand what the AP Exam is assessing.

We’ll provide a big picture understanding of the AP English Language course and preview the entirety of the AP Exam. The goal here is to have students review and appreciate what they’ve studied throughout the year from a broad perspective and to link that to what they can expect on the AP Exam. The focus will be on understanding both sides of rhetoric: as a writer and a reader.
