Quite interesting take on Panpsychism! Particle physics, including the older field of Quantum Mechanics, gets into the interactive attributes of tiny subatomic bits of the universe, and just maybe could provide a unifying concept of the consciousness of all things. Your thoughts?

I might be the first but I won't be the last to mention that you pronounce panpsychism strangely XD
I, and all those I've heard, say [pan-sigh-kism], whereas you say [pan-sick-ism]. The morpheme 'psych' is usually pronounced the same in psychology, psychadelics, psychic and panpsychism.

8:35 "no concrete evidence" that consciousness comes from the "cortex" (brain) is not a true statement. We know how to render someone unconscious for all intents and purposes. They are not thinking or aware when we do this. Further, we can alter consciousness with drugs or injury. That's pretty good evidence that it arises in the brain.
I'm not saying pansychism isn't possible, but it needs to have evidence at least as good as that to be considered likely. I don't think we're there yet.
The experiments showing how action can occur without consciousness are interesting for sure, but there could be a dozen reasons this happens. More research needs to happen.
