  1. There has be an economic reason for native to speak the language. I would never learn French even though I can understand it from family because no economic benefit. German would be better because of aunties being German but still the country is so rigid work opportunities are lack lustre. Chinese and Japanese would be better as there is better opportunity there. If you are paying to learn a language as a native English speaker you better pick a language that has a great roi unless you are doing it for cultural reasons.

  3. Fully Respect. He is learning Arabic and Persian in his old time‚ while most of old people in the world don't know what to do to enjoy their lives and even got alzheimer

Hey Mike, great video like always. Have you ever thought about mastering Arabic more and more with Nouman Ali Khan? If you don’t know him, then I absolutely recommend you to look to his videos. He is absolutely amazing

  5. I know you will never do it but I want to tell you anyway. Try to study Albanian, in my opinion you can't learn the pronunciation.

  6. I listen to foreign music all the time sometimes I will watch movies in foreign language. IF I were to learn the language it would become normal just as my native language now, I still am I guess I could say fascinated with my own language. Most people do not pay attention to their own language cause it is something they hear every day. That for me is something, then accents being like a level 2 and Level 3 is foreign language.
I personally do not impress much, I watch these types of videos cause I love people reacting to things. They can fly, swim in lava, conjure lightning… I will not be impressed.
Now if they cure someone of an illness I will be awed and I guess impressed.

  7. and the question is : is polyglot can be created?
I mean I am obsessed to become a polyglot and I speak 5 languages and now I am learning Arabic conversation (because most of Indonesians are Muslim, so they can read the holy Quran in Arabic but only some of them who can master the conversation Arabic)?
By the way, I am your new big fan from Indonesia..

  8. hello mike ,hope you are doing well ?i recently come to know you and your channel and i must say that you are doing a wonderful job with your process of learning Arabic , it make me a little bit sad that you as far as i know never considered to visit Algeria wile you were in Africa , it's true we have a different accent can be a bit bizarre for our Arab brothers but for those how have the patient to learn somethings unique nothing can come in there way i hop you accept my words as a jester to know more about Algeria as a country , people , culture and maybe you wont find that our accent is that difficult , all the support to you and thank you for the great unforgettable lessons about the British accent .

  9. I think its all about Education system.. as most of countries teach 2 or 3 languages in school as mandatory expect for Native English countries who only teach English

  10. The first time I watched your video Mike I thought your are Arab from the levant . I am from the levant by the way👋.

  11. Dude i really really like your channel,

  12. Hello From Antalya(Turkey) ..but we cannot understand londonCocney Accent ..ı d love it .. please make much more linking(reduced, catanation) words for nativ understanding ,,pleasee

  13. I am german and I speak english and I learn Italian and a bit croatian and I started learning arabic but paused it for a little while but I am trying to get back into it.

  14. I’m a white guy learning Arabic in America and it’s really fun but it’s weird sometimes. People do not understand why I want to learn it. I tried to explain I just find it a beautiful sounding and looking language! I tried to explain I just love the culture but people find it hard to grasp somehow.

  15. Because when everyone else in the world speaks your language, you feel no need to. I think being a native English speaker provides those of us who actually want to learn a second language fluently at a massive disadvantage. I hate the English language and it's my mother tongue.
