I have had my fair share of it in the past.
In this video, I discuss how alcohol relates to the scale of consciousness.
This scale of consciousness comes from a book Power vs. Force by Dr David Hawkins.
The chart shows how each emotion is ranked numerically with shame at the bottom and enlightenment at the top.
Alcohol is ranked at about 275 which is near the middle.
This explains how alcohol makes people feel good if they are normally below 275 on the scale.
I believe that our natural state is to experience the higher level emotions.
It is only because of society’s conditioning that we fall down into the lower levels of consciousness.
