  2. Information becomes out-dated and we're paying to learn temporary knowledge. As a Stanford professor recently said, we need to learn how to work along with AI. Basically, adapt or be left behind in the education game.

  3. College just shows an employer you have discipline. I own a company and if someone dropped out of college then boom red flag. College is the easiest thing on the planet, just go and get the stupid paper.

  4. Just be realistic, if college isn’t right for you don’t go it will be a waste, don’t force your kids to go! If you’re smart, go to a good school for a degree with a practical path to a professional career, yeah it’s fine.

  5. Debt: especially when the newer loans are SO predatory. I know too many people who’ve just been paying off interest on their college loans forever; it seems they’ll never be able to pay them off—even when paying like $600/month. But my generation, I mainly paid principal, so was able to pay it off in ten years
