    Let us treat our necks with upmost awareness– look with the eyes first. Stretch the eye muscles.

  5. Aaah! Thank you for a wonderful practise. My spine feels stretched yet strong. I would be grateful for any tips to improve my supine twists. I always feel like either my knee is hovering in the air or my shoulder is.
