This is a guided mindfulness meditation session to help you focus on healing self-love and your self-worth! If we doubt ourselves, it can cause pain and anxiety within us. It is important to express love for ourself and find peace within. Knowing our worth gives us the strength to achieve great things every day. Believe in yourself and become more than you ever knew was possible!

This session is 13 minutes long – It has a little under 8 minutes of guided meditation, followed by 5 minutes of ambient music soundtrack. Let the peaceful sounds and the visual of the sun behind the tree take you away into a blissful, relaxed state for this part of your day.

Don’t normally like/I like them but I don’t normally do them, guided meditation but enough time to be aware of the I am that, and the only difference was that instead of my speaking a few words of encouragement designed not to resist ( what we resist persists!!!😮‍💨 ) thoughts or to keep the ego inactive, you spoke those words instead and exactly when I would have as well and as someone who was once an addict, for me traditional treatment had there place but not now as when u stand up in a group of people and announce to the universe (rem affirmation are more powerful when you use ur name and even more terrifying the name of that which man calls God/dess; I am,) my name is Marie and I am an addict (not 😂 lol had to type that!) and admitting insanity and inability to ever be healed and the root cause one main one and a common denominator in the beliefs of all addicts that belief ; I am not (good) enough, so this is such a powerful affirmation and it also eradicates procrastination!!! I read that in Louise Hays books! So it’s gospel truth no sarcasm there just admiration for an amazing woman who helped my mum heal terminal cancer! It’s saved my life too in private ways that nobody in my life is aware of! Too long a message but I was divinely guided to this meditation today like automatic writing my hand scrolled and chose THIS aweamazing video!   3. Every time I accidentally smoke too much weed and I become too high and I’m paranoid. I use this video to calm me down and it works SO well. Any stoner knows the anxiety of accidentally smoking too much and being dysfunctionally high, is an anxiety of the highest order; thus pertaining to why I cannot sing the praises of this video enough
