ive done 7 different drugs in my life each of them once and as soon as I took them I automatically knew I was consciousness that this is consciousness and you are consciousness, but I didn't feel that love and light everyone talks about I was just in the blackness with no form and I knew I had always been there and always would be I had a overwhelming feeling of fear because I knew that if all of this and everyone is one consciousness then we are all alone always have been always will be I find this terrifyingly unsettling because I know it to be true. but never wanted to be more wrong about something. sorry if this doesn't make much sense to you if anybody's got any advice for me though it would be gladly received.

Yes <3 It's more our beliefs than our thoughts. We can't have a thought without having a belief in it. That's why it's important to be aware of our beliefs and maintaining a higher energy will always manifest a happier more peaceful reality. Strong desire also brings about manifestation. Tell this to the thousands of people that are struggling for this huge economic crisis. People that have lost their homes, people dying outdoors through the winters..or you can go to Africa and tell them about consciousness. It is easy to grab a subject as Consciousness and come up with something like this. When you said "it is done", it brought me back to the moment when I was reading a religious book and it describes God in a similar way… "if 'He' wants something done, He just has to say it and it is done".
A conscious observer causes low vibrational energy waves to transform into higher vibrational waves/particles. That has been proven. Hence, the Universe exists in its present form only because there is consciousness to observe it. Likewise, the edge of the Universe can never be measured because the act of measuring it causes it to expand. That logically proves that consciousness created the Universe. It's been proven by physics. There's no intelligent God, it's consciousness.

You're right. Consciousness manifests anything at any time. We are the same consciousness throughout our life, regardless of age. We can still vibrate energies even when we are too young to know it.
