Wilco
I can’t be so far away from my wasteland
I never know when I’m? with my own hands
Almost… almost…
I? would let you love, but
I had other ways to help myself
By calling out, open up my heart and fall
I blame it all on dust, almost
Almost… almost…
I hold it up, shake the grade
Disobey across the waves, tomorrow
I’m with all the love? ever aching
? almost is you
Almost… almost…

Thank you, video and audio perfect, and love the song, esp w Poor Places preceding it. Thanks again. Nick.
holy jazzmaster
radiohead?
My gawd… couldn´t be a bettet choice as a gig opener. I need to see them again SOON
Wilco is great we're small. Saw them not long ago in Luxemburg, the best show in the 7 i saw.
NELS!!!!!!
@DoDorOsScribE ..I'll say…
Love the way he does these little off-beat jumps at the back….
@SHADOWCLONE177 …you lucky fish!…wish I could see them…I think they are dope!!
saw this live TWICE and they did it perfectly BOTH TIME. YOU COULD JUST FEEL THE BASS IT WAS AMAZING…
They continue to be one of the most relevant, yet underrated bands of our time.
….thumbs up if you also peed yourself at 6:00
@rhythmstick100 by listening to Pink Floyd albums
nels kline solo = cry :˜˜˜
A pretty underrated band if I dare say so myself.
WOW!
FMD, I just lost control of my bowels
all i know is that it sound good, and that i don't want more of the corporate radio popular air wave sounds of whatever they think YOU should BUY.
Best band to ever form in the history of all bands.
how do they think of this stuff? wonderful. can't wait to see them in the UK!
incredible. drum pattern blows my mind.
Nels baby Nels
face melted!
I don't think the song as a whole sounds like radiohead, but each individual instrument part sounds like a radiohead part.
There are no words to describe how awesome this is.
Here they are, again, making creative new music with such energy, style and brilliance most bands of today struggle to comprehend never mind equal……an amazing opening album track from an amazing band who here demonstrate how to play live!
All I can say is wow…..
Rock +++
Wilco>Radiohead
Here's to Mississippi. I've seen Radiohead and Wilco multiple times. Nuff said. I'm sick of them being compared to be honest. The wilco I know is a highly evolved rock and roll band. Uncle Tupelo to A.M. to now, there is no band that has taken it this far. Period. The end. Great album after great album after great album.
GREAT!!!!
no not really. stand by it 100%. seen both live and Wilco are the most talented musicians person for person i have seen. They mix more genres into their albums and sometimes single songs than Radiohead (Via Chicago)
I do not think Radiohead have been good since OK Computer to be honest. Found KID A to be souless bleepy fiddly nonsense and the vocals to be yelpy nonsense, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is in a different league to it. Has some electronic elements yes but far better vocals and songs.
@MrDavetheblade They surely do pay homage to Radiohead, sonny.
this sounds nothing like radiohead. lazy comparison. they are better musically than radiohead
immense song cant wait to hear it live
4:37 gets me every time
Drumming is off the Fuckin HOOK!!!
7 minutes and 17 seconds of goosebumps
That drumming… holy shit
everything else too…
Wow! Baby's on Fire!
I wonder if they need to purchase extra insurance. You know, just in case he blows the roof off.
Their open with this last night at Merriweather Post was GREAT!
they opened the show with this song last night, wow! what a way to start!
@OddManOut611 you know shits gonna go down when three members of a band switch their instruments in the middle of song
Jeff Tweedy says the first track of each wilco album defines the whole album…in this case this track doesn't compare to the rest of the tracks, its unique and brilliant!!
pd: The Whole is much better than The King of Limbs in my opinion.
Oh my god Nels Cline. This is the best song I've heard in years
Wilco is awesome. Radiohead sucks.
when Nels Cline busts out his black Jazzmaster, you know shit's gonna go down
Sounds like Radiohead!
