  1. this video would be perfect if it let you sit there with the calm background noises playing for another 2 minutes once the video was over.

  2. My suggestion is- let a person get thru a full breath before speaking. Breathe with the meditation for timing..wait until it feels like the mind wants to drift and nudge us back to focus.

  3. This was very nice.Unfortunately the information part at the end kinda brought me out of the relaxation when it would have been nice to just chill for a while. maybe it would have been better to put that at the beginning if at all
