  4. i find this the perfect way of combating insomnia; by finding peace and dealing with the stress relating thoughts that sleepless nights bring. Covid 19 has made life so much more restrictive but by taking 10 minutes out of my day, i feel i can put those tense thoughts preventing me from sleeping to one side.
