Graduating from the deeplearning.ai Coursera Specialization | Learning Intelligence 22

Daniel Bourke

I finished the Coursera deeplearning.ai specialization by Andrew Ng!

The final course focused on sequence models. Sequence models are the techniques used to power technologies such as Google Voice, Alexa and Siri. I believe voice is going to be a very big platform in the future, simply because of the amount of time it can save.

Next week, I’ll be jumping into the NLP section of the Udacity Artificial Intelligence Nanodegree.

Thanks for watching! Please leave a comment if you would like to see anything specific in the future.

Instead of going back to university, I’ve created my own artificial intelligence Master’s Degree to learn about the phenomenon of teaching computers to think for themselves.

  1. The deeplearning.ai specialization is easily one of the best courses I've ever taken. EVER. If you want to start learning deep learning, this is a great place to start. Make sure you know a little Python before you begin and you will be fine.

    As always,

    Keep learning.

  2. Just bumped into this video, you're a mentor man. I'm as excited as you are in ai stuff. Gives me shivers. We may bump into each other one day in this amazing field that controls the destiny of the world.

  3. Congrats Daniel and thank you for sharing. I completed the coursera DL specialization in February, it as a great experience and I learned a lot. Since then I have been taking part in Kaggle competitions to continue to learn and build my skills. Have you taken part in Kaggle completions and of so what are your thoughts on it as far as learning AI and breaking into the field go?

  4. First of all, congratulations!!!
I have obtained a full-tution scholarship for Intro to Self Driving Car Nanodegree program, which begins on June 27. Can you give me any suggestions?

  5. Hi
How many hours per week does this require? I recently finished an online course from Cal Tech in ML. It was 12 weeks and had about 16-20 hrs/week just for the graded homework quiz. This effort gives me some pause in starting the Coursera DL specialization.

  6. Hi Daniel, great video with loads of motivation for completing the DL specialization. One quick question.
Can we start the course in audit mode after applying for financial aid?Just dont want to waste time waiting for the financial aid application result to come out.

  7. Hey Daniel ,
