When your heart and brain synchronise, your heart rhythm becomes smooth and ordered, your nervous system shifts from stress into rest, and your mind becomes clear and focused. This has been studied extensively by the HeartMath Institute through over 500 peer-reviewed and independent studies.
This meditation is inspired by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza and uses a combination of heart-centred breathing (5 seconds in, 5 seconds out), body relaxation, and intentional emotion to guide you into a deep state of coherence.
Best used in the morning to set your day, or in the evening to release stress before sleep.

Thanks for putting this together. I do prefer the voice to be a bit slower, it was a bit more difficult to settle in and calm myself with the faster pace of voice.
