Sounds all good but how do you achieve it?
Funny how all of this was called pseudoscience for years. At least it's finally being seen for what it really is. Our bodies heal themselves everyday. Give yourself 4hrs of not eating before bed every night and 4hrs after waking. Do this everyday to help your body heal more quickly. Yoga, breathing, and meditation helps the most. Peace be with the all.
I'm just learning about this. How do you achieve the superconsciousness state?
I had this happen to me at 27, it is 100% a real thing. It was a thing I just unwittingly tapped into. It flipped my personality completely, and gave me access to information I didn't even ask for. I called it the Holy Spirit though, trinity.

I'll tell you what it is: it is awakening. When it happens, for the first time in my life I knew I and all people are asleep because I was awake for the first and last time I was ever awake. I was 18 then. I'm 75 now. It is the only true valid experience of my entire life it is so completely profound.
This is a real thing. This man is telling the truth, supernatural energy purs down from the top of your head, lights up, activates all of your organs and glands at once, you can actually feel the shapes of your organs when they're buzzing with this enormous energy plan lasting throughout, up and down your body like a human vibrator. I screamed WTF just happened. Something was twirling around outside of my skull and I thought: "Is that a halo?!" No drugs. My kundalina unwound itself right after my apoplectic mind told itself to STFU, and in a moment of true silence, spirit left the body. When consciousness came back into the body the whole body lit up. I remember thinking: "Damn. If I could do this every day I'd live to be 1000!!! It's never happened again. You have to forget yourself and the ego thinks everything is about it. It's when the ego shuts the fuck up, that consciousness, not the mind, merges with the universe, God consciousness experiencing itself. While spirit traveled it suddenly yelled: "OMG, all is known!" when it entered what I learned many years later is called the akashic record. We humans are capable of EVERYTHING but we don't know it. I spent an hour on the couch just repeating over and over in my head: "WTF just happened."
