In your career, how much time do you spend ‘out in the field’ observing nature? Do you go out in the woods and sketch or paint (bring your iPad) what you are seeing. I ask because I wonder how you sit in your studio and create such a realistic scene. I’m not an artist, so I wonder how you do this.
You’ve inspired me to get a new iPad (my old one was the first generation mini) with an Apple Pencil and start drawing again! I did really well in art gcse but haven’t done any since so it’s really nice to be back at it! I’ve tried to recreate a few of your pieces from your tutorials now and I’m getting there but they’re definitely nowhere near this standard, it’s crazy how easy you make it look but how difficult it really is!
Wish I could figure out a color palette like this in acrylic paints. I would like to paint this on a canvas.
I like the vids but they are really difficult to follow with the colors being all over the place even though ya put all the codes in and create the pallet they don’t match up with what your using and also the bouncing around layer to layer you can’t really follow along . I guess I get the idea to create my own but following this is bananas. ?
