The goal of Podza is to help podcasters overcome the challenge of discovery by uploading select episodes, grouping themes, clipping excerpts to make long episodes more soluble/accessible, and letting the YouTube network and algorithm do its thing. The maker is always credited and all relevant links/information provided.
The goal is that if a listener enjoys an episode, they will go and subscribe directly to the podcast for more. What a podcast needs is wider distribution and opportunity for discovery and that is what Podza aims to provide. All in-episode ads are left intact so that the podcaster still enjoys the same economic benefit from its distribution.

You'll get more followers if you could be more succinct and get to what people came here for. Also; telling your viewers what to think about the material you're about to present is pretty off-putting too.

So perhaps a sophisticated, intelligently trained conversation bot built with recurrent neural networks and LSTM's is a conscious agent. Interaction with a human user creates another conscious agent.
Great show but sheesh, that preamble! Cut it down to around one minute.
Rob, you talk to much. Let your guest speak! He has so much to say from years of research and you are interrupting his train of thought. I am not learning from all of your interruptions.
Reality is just measurement of potential wave patterns.
