Guys,I need help,I can't seem to be focused and concentrated,neither on third eye nor on the thoughts. I tend to get distracted by my mind and disconnected to the thought of "I am not the body,I am not even the mind". And it's been more than a week,I have been doing this meditation every evening or night before bed but can't focus. I would be grateful if someone help me out. 🙏
But…. I am unable to concentrate. When I started doing this kriya after 2 minutes, I get diverted sone where else. Unable to concentrate. Please help me out. I am diabetic and BP patient.

I’m very sorry to be writing this, I have done this Kriya couple of times mit another video if Sadhguru. Which is awesome, but this one too much of bullshit at the beginning. If you are in a stage to relax but somehow came to this. I would rather ….. this is completely bullshit. But same video normal one is better. This video fucked my brain, now I can’t concentrate. 😅😢I don’t even have my medicine 💊, and am traveling in bus from Munich to Salzburg.
