  5. I’m very sorry to be writing this, I have done this Kriya couple of times mit another video if Sadhguru. Which is awesome, but this one too much of bullshit at the beginning. If you are in a stage to relax but somehow came to this. I would rather ….. this is completely bullshit. But same video normal one is better. This video fucked my brain, now I can’t concentrate. 😅😢I don’t even have my medicine 💊, and am traveling in bus from Munich to Salzburg.
