Cathy! I love all of your demos and practiced some. At the beginning and after some carbon marks, you pressed a black material that covers more than the first, is that carbon or black paint from the tube? The final result is “something special”!!! Congrats! Petrin from Puerto Rico!

Dear Cathy I have seen this video many times and it has inspired me to paint at least 6 paintings from it. Even thoug you mention in the video that you could not connect to it. I feel like it goes straight to my heart. thank you and I hope you make more of these minimalist paintings.

Hi Cathy. A really good video which I enjoyed watching. The whole colour combination works great. It's so interesting that virtually the whole image is on the vertical with hardly any horizontal aspect to it… with the exception of some writing across the top part of the picture. It works! A great finished result. Thank you. Colin. 🙂
