  1. Lol, You clearly don't understand what "evidence" is, it HAS to be demonstrable to ALL people, convincnig is another story, but demonstrable is what it needs to be. This isn't Atheist is right hour, this isn't even about Atheism, evidential standards are not a part of Atheism, they are seperate matters. So maybe you should get off that high horse and stop assumign people are always trying to be right. Do you think that it's ok for people to take the eyes of children simply for their beliefs?

  2. If the best you can do is make create a misrepresentation to label me as so that you can walk away from the argument using it as an excuse then I suppose that is all there is to it.

  3. Lol? An argument is generally defined as a meeting of two conflicting opinions or ideologies. So I REALLY don't know what you "scored" on (who was keeping score?) and I don't think I've approached as wolf in sheeps clothing, I've put the points before you very precisely with no hidden agenda's and I've made my points as clear and concise as I can make them. The only thing you've done is continue to dismiss my points, misrepresent my position and check off points on your imaginary scoreboard.

  4. @amberwhite. First of all, most Christians don't agree that Mormons are part of their faith tradition. And yes, some sects within Christianity are growing. The more extreme conservative groups are experiencing a slight uptick in membership, but it isn't keeping pace with population growth; and 'mainstream' churches are losing entire congregations. Some will only survive as ecumenical organizations. Judaism is already dead, and Islam will ultimately suffer the same fate.

  5. this broke into D'Souza at the end… I have no problem with listening to D'Souza…hence the purpose of a debate……

But if I really want to have it broken where the edit team thinks its a good idea I'll send them a memo… until then I'd like tot hear both speakers at full time…

    Wheres the original? anyone?

  6. Hey, what happened to D'Souza's responses? I am trying to see the whole debate but D'Souza's replies are cut out. Who did this and where can I find the complete debate?

  7. @USAVet1969 no, it doesn't mater what I believe because their exist facts and evidence that irrefutable. I could believe that their isn't evidence for the Big Bang or evolution but the43 exist very strong scientific evidence that its true. Also I'm not bitching I made one comment yesterday.

  8. If you watch this with the automatic captions, at 5:48 instead of saying "Christianity is in yellow" it says "Christianity is invalid."

    Subliminal message by Dennett?

  9. Well, I guess its a good thing that is not what the theory of abiogenesis proposes. No one(besides anti-evolutionists) thinks that protein molecules or even amino acids just arose spontaneously ny chance, that would be impossible. Instead, it is shown that the building blocks of these compounds chemically attract other similar compounds, they combine until more complex forms are produced, which continue to attract other preorganic compounds. It is not complete random combination
    Do some research

  10. Also let clarify the responding argument:

Premise: Abiogenesis is a tricky problem and is rather unlikely
Conclusion: Therefore one god depicted in a book written by some men before the advent of the wheelbarrow is a better answer

I call this Reductio Add Absurdum

  11. Having watched the whole series of videos I can say without a doubt one thing. Seems to me the arguement that a particle so small it was considered nothing, expanded so large and rapidly it came apart and contained enough mass to create the whole universe seems just as sci-fi an idea as God created Adam and Eve.

  12. In regards to the Abrahamic religions.
Iif humans did not exist..what would God do?

Everything God does involves the events and activities of humans on Earth….if we are gone what does he do?

The Bible says God made man in his image (sorry ladies) because after he made all creation becuase he was lonely…but he had all his hevenly beings he created to keep him company?

God is so male human centric its obvious men created this deity with all the cultural baggage of that time.

  13. 5773 years of Jewish History and Yet only 15 million Jews, Christians thousands of years less,2013 compared to 5773, yet 2 Billion Christians. Islam not yet 1500 years 1.3 billion people. So why only such few Jews, yet thousands more years of History. Know History No Surprises.

  14. Do you really hate religion or is it just a recycled phrase that is thoughtlessly repeated by people?
Go over some "list" and see what you reject: Jesus is a god, there's such a thing as a sin, Jesus walked on water and performed miracles.
Religion: organized and therefore good for charity, comfort and community, social gathering.

  15. D'Souza, I hate your rotten guts. You strawmaning machine, holder of moralistically obscene views, strong among the pious, worm among the strong, and shamelessly attributes the fruits of science to Christianity.

  16. 20:05:2014 After earlier pleading his innocence, Dinesh D'Souza recently pleaded "guilty" before a Federal Court to campaign fraud and numerous counts of making false statements. D'Souza's premeditated fraud was brought to light (in part) by audio recordings made of his mistress by her husband. – You just couldn't make this shit up! File under "Religious Hypocrisy"
