So let's take 3 of those lives, life a, b, and c. In life A you were walking on a street when you get hit by a car accident and you die at age let's say 45. According to this theory, you move on to Life b , and continue to live past 45 until 65, where you die again a different way, so you move on to life C and die at 92. And it just keeps happening for infinity. So you died at 45 but you lived until 92 in another timeline. But let's say that kept happening and continues to happen until age 100, you die at this age, but in another timeline you didn't, instead you lived to 103, and so on and on. Could that mean there's a version of someone that could continue living until forever? I tried my best to engage in this topic. DISCLAMER : I don't believe in human immortality due to religious reasons but I just wanted to have a try. Have a good day. @thomasmulligan
This canโt be true. If it were true then we would have extremely old people/beings in our timeline. We have to at least die of old age. We have to assume our timeline isnโt special. If people can live forever then there should be at least one 300,000 year old walking around on earth somewhere.
So basically, the cat example shows how the different timelines work and operate in one timeline, the cat lives and the other timeline, the cat dies so if you theoretically almost get hit by a car, there is a slight chance in the other timeline where you were hit by the car if the possibility of getting hit or not getting hit was 50%
Theres no sucb thing as multiple time line, the best we can do is extend and may one day have a level of imortality in perhaps 2,000 to 5,000years if genes take 88years to adjust or renew
The thing is I've had psychics tell me that there's only one version of me and that makes sense. back in 2016 I kept dying in my dreams. so now I am a singularity ๐ I also don't age ๐
The thing that scares me most about this theory is that there is a universe where my su!โฌ!de attempt worked last year ๐(I wanna be a quantum physicist or planetary scientist ๐๏ธ๐ซฆ๐๏ธ)
Seems like dr strange๐

Unless u die in this universe

But people DO get hit by cars and die
What if im like 120 years old what time line do I go to ?

So people who die of old age gets their consciousness transported to a universe where you are still alive?
Yay
What if u get old and die
So that means.. Every close death I had.. Happened in another universe? Dear God..
Proven better then done…
I should have died a couple of times but here I am
That would be correct. In a different university your dead. If you are alive your dead. Anything u are would be inverted in thosands of universes.
But I just want them here with me still. Not on a different timeline.

Time is a flat circle.
Suffering for eternity ๐ญ
What about when we old as shit tho? They just invent a way to live forever?
The thing is I've had psychics tell me that there's only one version of me and that makes sense. back in 2016 I kept dying in my dreams. so now I am a singularity ๐ I also don't age ๐
"Nuh uh"
Plot Twist
Quantum immortality ceases to work in your favor the moment your awareness grasps onto a majority of how this concept behaves/works
Didnโt this happen in bandersnatch
What if you do not know if the cat is in the box?
If this is true, you'd find a lot of 1000 years old people
The thing that scares me most about this theory is that there is a universe where my su!โฌ!de attempt worked last year ๐(I wanna be a quantum physicist or planetary scientist ๐๏ธ๐ซฆ๐๏ธ)
That means when I was born, I was already dead (in a timeline)
This is some shit you would hear in Rick and Morty
The other day I told this girl I think I've been killed before
What happened if we get old? ๐ฏ
