The guided meditation is about 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of very relaxing music

  1. I’m finding the lowering and rising of that music so distracting and making myself angry trying to ignore it. I’m not being horrible on purpose I’m just telling you iv had to turn it off I’m going back to the chakra cleansing video where the music stays at the same level. I do love your voice and body scans.

  2. I really like the concepts of a lot of your videos, but I cant listen to them for long because of all of the mouth sounds. It's like Marco Rubio's SOTU rebutta but with a closer mic. In all seriousnes, though….
    I'm guessing its intentional, but have you ever thought about making NON-ASMR versions? It's not just that a lot of folks dont "get" ASMR, it actually creates a terrible feeling of nausea mixed with acute anxiety…the opposite of its intent.

  3. I enjoy all the meditations very much and the female voice is so incredibly soothing. However, I am having trouble finishing this meditation. At around 5:25, the video freezes. Any chance it can be re-uploaded? Thank you for all your work.

  4. This meditation is wonderful. I enjoy your half hour ones often. But, I like that you've included music.
    Although, I am always asleep within 5 minutes. 😉
