In Part 1 of this presentation, our guest Mark Gober began an exploration of the unresolved scientific puzzle: how and why does consciousness exist? In Mark’s book “An End to Upside Down Thinking,” he summarizes some of the voluminous scientific evidence which suggests that consciousness is not generated by nor confined to the brain. A major focus of this evidential summary is the amazing abundance of scientific studies, dating back more than half a century, into psychic phenomena, such as telepathy, ESP and precognition.
A parallel field of investigation is survival of consciousness – that is the study of near-death experiences and even purported communications with the dead by so-called mediums. While The Thunderbolts Project takes no position on these issues, in the past we have presented for your consideration interviews and public presentations by such noted scientists as Dr. Rupert Sheldrake and Dr. Dean Radian, both of whose scientific research into consciousness Mark outlines in his book. Today, Mark offers a brief yet comprehensive overview of compelling evidence that the locus and source of consciousness is non-material.

The Wiki page on Project Stargate says it did not produce results and was disbanded.
"The Stargate Project was terminated and declassified in 1995 after a CIA report concluded that it was never useful in any intelligence operation. Information provided by the program was vague and included irrelevant and erroneous data, and there was reason to suspect that its project managers had changed the reports so they would fit background cues."

the pages shown in this video that say ESP is real according to Grill Flame are not among the pages on the CIA website?
Notice that the background of the pages is all weird and a mix of black/white from photocopying but the white text on the foreground is perfect.
While I want ESP to be real I'm not interested in being duped by writers trying to take advantage of open minds. This looks sketchy.
So, it’s our reincarnation vs precognition stream of consciousness flowing thru our body now? Times 7 billion at once.
If you take an engineering or business approach to metaphysics you will be forced to conclude that metaphysics is simply applied physics… and you have to start working on a new paradigm or model that might explain the physics of what you apply.
So far, the best progress I've made is recognizing that everything is connected by a medium, something akin to Aether, and it does behave as a fluid, with incompressiblity and superconductivity as Tesla discovered. Also as Tesla discovered on an atomic level, biological forms are capable of using this medium to exchange information and force between object and other systems within our medium. Systems that may only have limited connectivity, such as consciousness, astral realms and perhaps even alternate universes which are simply constructs like ours but made of Aether of significantly different base energy levels.
Every cell in out body is tuned to our consciousness which is operating at this alternate energy level, but able to emit and receive the frequencies that our body has established resonance with. If you want to develop "spiritual" powers, align your whole body to the action of awareness and thought, it improves your connection to your conscious aspects. Doing yoga will force a break from the mundane world of avarice and limitations of Business Science. So, if you're into making billions, yoga should be limited. If you're into making the best of your billions, try yoga, but be careful, not every instructor is beyond exploiting the initiates as they awaken new connections in their consciousness.
If you really want to mess with a computer's program remotely, simply select a group of yoga practitioners, have them focus with their bodies and hands facing the direction of the computer and then lay the collective command on the machine. I would not doubt that they could get the program to start inserting the ascii code for peace into the sequence. Doing an imbalance of ones would be doable, but less operator friendly.
Bruce Lipton's "Biology of Belief" goes into detail of the features and paradoxes of our human cellular structure that are resolved by this model. The key is to acknowledge that there is an Aether like sea that surrounds both our bodies and our consciousness, binding the two together. Bruce, not being an EE, thinks radio is the connecting technology. However the bandwidth and encryption of such a communications system is inadequate. Only something Aetheric based can handle the density of system controls and awareness and manage the coordination of our bodily functions. It must be FTL, and offer information exchanges that rival the density of the entire WWW for each body. Frankly, its amazing there isn't more crosstalk between consciousness than mentioned in this report.
It's just a working model, but it breaks through the barrier created by the limitations of the Business Science models that still promote magic, fantasy, and miracles. All things that are just reality for Nature, and therefore must have a natural cause and effect.
It should be obvious that responsible scientists, many of which are bold enough to engage in these topics are not on the list of things that Business wishes to promote. Education is funded to provide willing workers trained in the existing technologies that maximize return. Others, especially those that threaten the progress of profit maximumzation will be suppressed, and their work minimized or denegrated.
BTW, don't fall into the trap of thinking one realm is above the other. It's not about body centric or conscious centric perspectives. These aspects are connected. There is an energy exchange. The total system is one, and constantly that system is seeking balance and growth.

My experience after being hit by a pickup truck is very different than what is being sugested here. For more than a week it had to be explained to me what happened. the next day I when I woke up it had to be explained again. No one will ever be able to make me believe this, if my consciousness wasn't a product of the brain all these memories would be available to me now.
The Bible has been saying that the mind and body are 2 different realms for thousands of years, this is not new news.
Right on @Mark. As as Advaita Vedanta student, I find nothing surprising or new in these ideas. This is old knowledge going back thousands of years. The brain is an organ that thinks – just as the heart beats, the liver does its thing, the lungs breathe and so forth. This goes on as long as this body lives, and is not in our control. In fact the brain keeps on thinking even when are asleep (dreams). What about meditation? Isn't that about stopping thinking? Mooji, the well-known living master, says 'Even the Buddha couldn't do it'. Buddha in fact advised us to 'tame this restless mind'. In meditation, you learn to let the thoughts happen, but without getting involved in their stories. (This is the advice of the enlightened ones.) Current mainstream Western thinking mistakenly equates thinking with consciousness, and privileges the brain as 'the seat of consciousness'. Yet modern science now asserts we have neurones (brain cells) in our guts as well! And there is more electrical activity in the heart than in the brain, so why do we believe that it's 'flatlining' of the brain's electrical activity that defines death? ?
You ask why if we are connected at some level of consciousness, who would harm someone else because they are only hurting themselves?
Because there is no sense or indication of that harm to themselves. Violent criminals, thieves, corrupt people in government, etc., would not sense that any harm has happened to them.
Again, I found all of these topics subjective. Need objective things for engineering.

Consciousness is the Black Hole Crystal Core Quantum Computer we are in – The Universe is a Quantum Computer that we are entangled in, and all the Stars, Planets, Moons and Protoplanets are all Crystal Core Quantum Computers, and their purpose is growth and efficiency – Life is Efficiency and its life that grows the planet, to become large enough to become a Star, which gives birth to more planets as it gets larger and larger and eventually becomes a Black Hole, where it then creates its own new Universe, and because it is creating its own Universe within itself, it is able to grow itself, both within, and if it is growing fast enough, the Black Hole Universe is able to actually "spit" matter back up and grow a Galaxy around itself, this creates new stars and new galaxies and literally builds infinity, through "The Machinery of the Cosmos" all the while, the Crystal Cores of the Cosmos create the "Intelligent Infinity" and create habitats where they can evolve Humanoid Life Forms with little Crystals in their Skulls, ie Pineal Gland that they can use a form of Quantum Wi/Fi and actually play "Flesh Games" while they sit in the expanse of eternity growing and growing… OMG!
I am so thankful for the work being done here, I hope to see many paradigm shifts in our understanding of reality in this lifetime

Much of the "research" funded by the controllers to "prove" that consciousness is not local to the brain, is intended to encourage people to believe that they can upload their consciousness into a synthetic body or "cloud". The truth is that a temporary simulacrum will be activated but these people will not exist anymore because their bodies will be killed afterward. So this is a push for genocide.
This sort of research should be considered highly suspicious as the prestigious "Royal Society" has been lying to people for hundreds of years, and Sheldrake is just another offshoot of that ilk. When someone comes up with a study like the attempt to influence random number generators (something easily fixed because there are no really random generators) and only comes up with a barely noticeable but "statistically significant" outcome, it should be borne in mind that further funding depends on such a result. So I'm disappointed that Thunderbolts is undermining their credibility by associating with Sheldrake.
If you pause the video when those studies are being shown, and read them, everything is much more convincing that precognition exists.
Many parapsychologists including Dr Dean Radin (mentioned here, who is an Idealist too) are agnostic about the survival of "individual" consciousness. The arguments need to take into account the other theories such as "Super-psi" and "reservoir" theories to be more powerful.
I like Eleanor Roosevelt's quote when someone asked her is she thought past lives were possible or if she thought it was far fetched to come back in someone else's body… Eleanor said "it would be no more strange than turning up in this one."
If "sin" is the disconnection from "god," perhaps the great social sin is perceiving that we are truly independent entities, when very likely, we are as "connected" as the ancients always told us.
