hello Varsha mam…. first of all thank you for this video. one point which touched me was 17 seconds thought holding for manifesting. overall you discussed about many modalities.. but I didn't got a particular messagr ot may be message is clear blockages (chakras) and then consciousness increases…. I felt something missing… but yes kundalini warning was nice…
