I want to see an ability named Numb. Like, the user is so done with everything that he just looks like he puts in the least effort but just fucking levels everything.
For example:

The user breathes. All living things in a 1km vicinity dies.
The user glances at the Demon Lord. The Demon Lord is now blind.

Spoilers ahead. I imagine the curse series as a type of immunity overdrive Some of what I'm going to say is a theory based on volume 12 of the LN. Text wall so people don't accidentally read it. In the world(s) of shieldbro, worlds crash into each other, create rifts in the fabric of reality, generate monsters and eventually tear apart. The 4 heroes are part of the world's immune system, they are THE cornerstones of the world, holding it together. If one dies the waves get worse(and it would be better if all 4 dies, so a new batch can be summoned). The curse series appear when the psychological state of the heroes becomes unstable, this can cause depression or even self-harm. The curse series sends a particular emotion and their abilities into overdrive. Giving them the ability to mentally cope and move on rather than just do nothing because they're depressed, as well as a temporary power boost to survive whatever situation damaged their psychological state. The curse series is like a fever or allergic reaction, where the world's immune system tries its darndest to attack the invaders even when it does more harm than good some times.
