   And am interested in what you have said.
   If you practice sitting upright and stillness
   Listening and feeling your breath and your body alignment.
   Preferably outside early morning and evening for at least an hour.
   If you have not tried this then please do
   Do this standing as well.
   Picture yourself first in where you are bedroom outside in your yard. Then your town then your city then your state then your country then your world. Then your universe then your cosmos then your cosmos universe. Just being quite.

Ive been meditateing a lot and doing yoga etc..and I almoust in sec.when I close my eyes at night see this blue purple lights..but for me there is white the moust of the time-bright as the sun or even more..I dont know how to descibe cos is so beutiful!?..I opened my third eye a lot threw practice..but I also didnt know that I can go further so much..I had few astral projection(love them so much) but I will keep on evolving threw this beautiful lights and hope that visions come more often! I am preapering for reiki atunament now so I belive I will clean my chackras even more-I think that balanced chackras are very important also for work with 3eye..its very important to be grounded in lover chackras as well to have nice balanced and open 3eye…I wish you lots of succes on youre journey!Keep on doing the great work(I read almoust whole pdf on 3eye today-so interesting!) The most fulfilling way to tap into higher consciousness is though to embrace it, to leave back all limited thoughts, believes, emotions, all lower vibrational patterns of expression and behaviour that we still express and hold on to in our beingness. This is how then an opening and expanding in consciousness happens and with it achieving and integrating, expressing a higher consciousness, while higher thoughts, feelings and patterns are then able to come in, to be integrated. You cannot fill a cup that is already full like Moat in Avatar is saying or "you must unlearn what you learned before" as Yoda is saying :). So this is for me the greatest and most important and fulfilling way to tap into higher consciousness. Everything else can only unfold and appear while this takes place, while this process steps forward. Many blessings to all.

    1.i was doing inner sound meditation and then i came to know about inner light mediation , so are they both related?
    and in inner light meditation i see white lights as u told in video , even if m outside at work , and i close my eyes i see white light all the time even when i m nt mediating ,
