Philip Larrey, philosophy professor at the Pontifical Lateran University, wrote his latest book, “Artificial Humanity,” to invite a dialogue between thinkers of the Catholic Church and those developing artificial intelligence technologies. He tells Wyatt Goolsby, although AI could probably perform tasks in the workplace, it will not necessarily replace jobs.
