Boston Dynamics
Everyone asks if Atlas can bring them a drink, but this robot can bring you the whole fridge. Using AI-driven behaviors, Atlas is doing hard work and coordinating its whole body to manage heavy objects, balancing complex contact points with accuracy and reliability.

All I could think of was the lyrics of Dire Straits – Money For Nothing
This company needs to be shut down before it's too late. Shut down the AI Data Centers and this company. These robots are cute and funny until they become our prison guards in the new open air prison they're building for us. The robots are the armed guards and the AI Data Centers are the prison wardens. Just watch. Maybe not next year but in 10 to 15 years we will wish we could travel back in time and stop all of this madness and get our jobs and freedoms back. None of this will end well. Just look at what social media as done to the world.
introduction to smooth manifolds
This shows what can be achieved if you divorce the concept of a humanoid robot from the restrictions of human movement.
put the atm in the back of the truck as fast as possible then get in the truck – do it now
My only consolation watching these videos is knowing that when your unholy creations turn on humanity, you will be the first ones taken out just due to proximity.
How lazy have we become. How about getting the drink yourself?
I love all the claw marks on the side where Atlas obviously got too excited in previous tests.
We will destroy them. All.
F.I.R.S.T. competitions are gonna be reeeeeal different here in a little bit. 😂❤️🔥🖖🏿
How is the minifridge powered?… Also… Does this not look eerily fake to anyone else? I know Atlas is real, but this video looks surreal for a few different reasons.
China got king fu robots, you guys at least 2 years behind
the videos coming from this channel feel more honest than other robotics makers. maybe its the real world audio, or that they have no issues letting us see the little oddities that it has in its movement, like the twitches it has here and there.
i wonder how heavy that fridge actually was. at the very least it is still a large awkward object for it, ill give them that.
Buff 😂
Very chilling 😢
😊
Let*s se who will laugh Atlast
I have been waiting to hear these words spoken my entire life.
"Get me an apple"
Proceeds to pull the tree off the ground
BD has been around for 35 yrs n they have literally created something the PRC took one year to develop and perfect
When he put his feet up i thought it was gonna take his shoes off.
figure really has you guys scared huh?
Will the next robot be called P-body
We've got to move these refrigerators; we've got to move these color TVs, money for nothing and beer for free.
One day they will say stop. This world is ours now
The fridge is probably lighter than your dictionary 😂😂😂
Nobody knows right?😂😂
Boston Dynamics is majority-owned by the Hyundai Motor Group, which acquired an 80% controlling stake in the robotics company in 2021. The remaining 20% stake is retained by the SoftBank Group.
As long as it brings stuff to Us…
Hey Hulk, you dented my fridge! 😄
This is useless….. can you just walk to get some water?
We need a slower pace of life.
Now this is impressive. A mini fridge is a step up from 15lbs labor to maybe 40lbs plus. This opens up so many more labor options, especially in moving, warehousing, and even things like landscaping.
Yes I know it’s one specific use case, but it’s still a big step in the right direction.
Ecco il problema dell'intelligenza artificiale, gli chiedi un drink e ti porta il frigo 😆
More convenient than having a child do it… Fertility rates will plummet because of it
