​​​I-QUE the Intelligent Robot is what I call a ‘great’ toy because it’s one of those iconic children’s toys that will be reflected upon many decades into the future. http://www.toyfarm.net

i-Que Robot is designed by the same engineers and programmers that created My Friend Cayla with the exception that i-Que is a different kettle of fish altogether!

I-Que uses advanced speech recognition via a free app that is downloaded and used to communicate with the intelligent robot! It’s the ultimate cyber side-kick for children aged 6+ – Perfect for me!

You can do so much with i-Que robot that it’s difficult to know where to begin! It’s packed full of facts and quizzes, not to mention the awful jokes… Ok, ok – Some of them are funny!

It takes advantage of new Google and Nuance speech-recognition technology to enable a two-way interaction between the kid operator and i-Que himself.

i-Que doesn’t take himself all too seriously though. He farts and burps and has a cheeky sense of humour! He is motorised, and this can be somewhat of a blessing and a curse. The motors are a little noisy, so it can be hard to understand what i-Que is saying clearly. However, this is a minor niggle. If he didn’t move at all, he would not be as interesting, that’s for sure.

i-Que, the world’s most intelligent robot can be played as a simple action figure, even when he is not connected to a smart phone, tablet or other smart device via Bluetooth. When the Bluetooth is active, however, iQUE can put you through your paces and set up multiple choice quizes for you – Although a bit frustrating that he doesn’t tell you the right answer if you get it wrong!

The iQUE robot does have a few frustrating quirks about him. It can be mildly annoying when he doesn’t understand what you’re saying to him, or if he doesn’t know the answer to a seemingly simply question. “How tall is the tallest tree in the world?” is not something he knows, but it would be nice if he took a stab at it!
