  1. Wow this guided meditation has more talking than most that I have tried before, hard to focus. Glad that I tried but if you get distracted easily Dr Robert isn't your friend

  2. I'm a high school teacher and I work with students who have learning disabilities and emotional difficulties. We used this video several days a week to start our class periods for the last 4 years. Students would ask to do it if I forgot. Thank you for sharing your work! The level of talking in it was helpful for those of us struggling to maintain our focus. We tried other videos but this one remains our favorite and the only one we consistently used. THANK YOU!

  3. Dr. Roberts voice is so soothing I could listen to him for days, lovely, calming meditation, will do this again and again, thank you Dr. Robert.

  4. 2020 has really been taking its toll and I've started listening to various mindfulness videos to help me sleep. This is one of my favorites for calming down before bed, especially after a long day.

  5. Thank you so much. You were the first one I grabbed just to try to start my day right. I have been quarantined for a few days and it really makes you think. Time to get life back on track. Thank you so much as it really changed my morning.

  6. I use this video in my middle school class and my university class it's perfect, thank you my middle schooler love the voice, the ocean waves and the script (perfect).

  7. Whenever I watch a meditation video and they tell me to forget about my worries and I remember them, I just wish they wouldn’t do that because I wasn’t concerned with them before but now that you bring them up well I am

  8. Uau!… this meditation is provided by a.. DOCTOR!!!!…………… Surely will be special! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  9. During the breathing part, I started to picture my family and I riding one of those large, family-sized inner-tubes down a long water slide at an amusement park. It was in slow motion, as my breathing wasn't as fast as you would normally be moving down a large water slide in reality, but we would go over a hump every time I inhaled, and we would descend the hump every time I exhaled. It was great. We were all smiling and laughing the whole time, but silently. There was no sound, Just smiles, fun, and sunshine.

  10. The several reminders to not be distracted were distracting. He listed a long list of what not to think about (twice!) so I thought about those things.
